Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR4TBS34CL) is engineered for secure, high-performance commercial glass doors. The system features the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1), a patent-backed wedge action that applies downward pressure via two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar to lock monolithic tempered glass in place. This design produces exceptional clamping force (more than 900 lbs. in the 9" Corner Rail) for reliable, long-lasting glass retention in door rails and full-length 35-3/4" (908 mm) rails. The Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System delivers faster installations for commercial storefronts and interior glass doors—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. CRL door rails ship completely fabricated and ready-to-install with End Caps installed. After rail installation, attach the door arm or pivot (ordered separately) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide. The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows 1/8" (3.2 mm) in/out adjustment on both top and bottom rails without removing the door, enabling fine alignment in vertically out-of-square openings. To access adjustments, remove the End Cap to expose three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the two outer bolts provide the 1/8" adjustment.
