Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU DR2SBS38CL) is engineered for commercial and architectural glass doors that use 3/8" tempered monolithic glass. The rail is pre-assembled with End Caps, installation instructions and adjustment wrenches so it’s ready-to-install out of the carton. It features CRL’s patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System for a secure, single-component housing that resists shifting and long-term misalignment.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers the industry’s fastest installation times for door rails — experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. After the rail is mounted, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail. The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows fine adjustment of 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door; this adjustment is standard on both top and bottom rails.

To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to expose three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the adjustable slide; the two outer bolts move the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide accommodates pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings.
