All CRL Premium Cap Railings (SKU: GR30BS14) are precision-formed to maintain uniform diameters for smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. An internal channel is welded every 3" (76.2 mm) to increase strength and stability for fabrication—making these cap rails a reliable choice for commercial and residential glass railing systems. Use CRL 32629 Metal Contact Cement to ensure a permanent bond at all connections.


Use the Connector Sleeves to join cap rails. NOTE: With 3/4" (19 mm) glass, use GR7PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone to secure the glass. With 5/8" (16 mm) glass, secure with 95CBL Silicone and shims only.
