CRL 6" x 10" Center Locks with Deadlatch (SKU: DL610RSBS) offer versatile lock functions and enhanced security for commercial and institutional glass doors. Designed for 1/2" (12 mm) heavy tempered glass, these deadlatch center locks require only a simple cut-out in the glass and install cleanly without cement or silicone. Available left- and right-handed and in five attractive finishes, they are an ideal choice for a center glass door lock with deadlatch for office, classroom, and storefront applications.

Office Lock Function: Latchbolt operates by lever on either side (outside lever may be locked by rocker in faceplate) or by key outside. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks the main latchbolt to resist jimmying. Inside lever always retracts the mechanism to allow exiting.

Entrance Lock: Latchbolt operates by lever on either side (except when deadbolt is projected). Deadbolt operated by key outside and thumbturn inside. Inside lever retracts both latch and deadbolt for exiting.

Passage Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side. Inside lever always retracts the locking mechanism to allow exiting.

Storeroom Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever inside and by key outside; outside lever is fixed. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks the main latchbolt to resist jimmying. Inside lever always allows exit. Commonly used with electric strikes.

Classroom Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever each side except when outside lever is locked by key. Key operates latch and unlocks outside lever. Inside lever always operable.
