- Replaces 1-1/4" (32 mm) Standoff Cap Assembly
CRL's Flush Mount Cap Assembly is designed to be used with 1-1/4" (32 mm) Standoff Bases in applications where the Standoff Cap must be flush with the surface of the glass. The Flush Cap comes with a 7/8" (22 mm), 5/16" - 18 Socket Head Screw with washers. The Flush Cap measures 1-1/8" (28.6 mm) in diameter. Minimum material thickness is 3/8" (10 mm). An optional 1-3/8" (35 mm) Screw is available for use with thicker materials.
NOTE: Fabrication Requirements for Flush Cap: 3/4" Diameter Hole; 1-1/2" Countersink (to desired depth) using Cat. No. BDC112 Diamond Countersink.
Product Warning:
Due to the diversity of applications, weight limitations for Standoff Systems are dependent upon wall or substrate anchoring and material strengths.
Warning: Do not drill too deep into material with Cat. No. BDC112 Countersink Drill Bit. It may be necessary to dry fit the Flush Cap several times to achieve the desired surface flatness.
Stainless Steel Advisory:
