Overview
- Can be used with CRL 1-1/4" (32 mm) standoff bases or swivel fittings
- Replaces 1-1/4" (32 mm) standoff cap assembly — SKU: CAPF114BS
CRL's Flush Mount Cap Assembly (CAPF114BS) is made for 1-1/4" (32 mm) standoff bases when a standoff cap must sit flush with the glass surface. Includes a 7/8" (22 mm) 5/16"-18 socket head screw with washers. Cap diameter: 1-1/8" (28.6 mm). Minimum material thickness: 3/8" (10 mm). Optional 1-3/8" (35 mm) screw available for thicker panels. Ideal as a flush mount standoff cap for glass panels and signage applications.
NOTE — Fabrication requirements for flush cap: 3/4" diameter hole; 1-1/2" countersink (to desired depth) using Cat. No. BDC112 diamond countersink.
Product Warning:
Due to varied applications, weight limits for standoff systems depend on wall/substrate anchoring and material strength. Verify anchoring and panel ratings before installation.
Warning: Do not drill too deep with Cat. No. BDC112 countersink drill bit. Dry-fit the flush cap several times to achieve the desired surface flatness.
