The Sidelite Mounted Transom Curved Patch (SKU: CPF40BS) supports a transom from a sidelite glass panel and is engineered for frameless glass doors and commercial glass storefronts. It includes a 1NT300 Top Insert for standard door mounting; the insert is removable on the non-hinged side to enable a double-swinging door. Use the optional 1NT306 Transom Patch Door Stop Insert to configure a one-way door. This product is ideal where a sidelite-mounted transom patch for glass doors is required.

GLASS FABRICATION REQUIRED:
Three 3/4" (19 mm) diameter holes and corner notch.
