The 1-7/8" x 1-5/8" (48 x 89 mm) CRL Custom Narrow Floating Header with Surface Mounted Top Pivots work with PH20 Series and PH21 Series Top Door Patch Hardware Fittings, and with all 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) Heavy Glass Door Rails. When used with CRL Door Rails, you get an even sight line, as the width of the Narrow Header matches the width of the Door Rail. For use with Free Swinging Bottom Pivots or Floor Closers. These Headers are custom fabricated per your specific glass-to-glass configurations.

NOTE: Length and installation type must be specified when ordering. For additional assistance regarding other possible configurations, contact CRL Technical Sales Department.

Product Warning:

If the weight of the transom above the header exceeds 100 pounds (45.4 kilograms) the transom will need to be supported from the ceiling to take weight off of the header and prevent bowing. The customer can use either Cat. No. B5BC Smoke Baffle Channel or PH94 Patch Fittings. Please contact Technical Sales Department.
