This CRL Z-Series Round Type Flat Base Glass Clamp (SKU Z510BS) fits 3/8" (10 mm) glass and is constructed from zinc or stainless steel. Designed for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural projects, this round flat-base clamp provides a clean finish and reliable mounting for square tubing or other flat surfaces.

For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT socket head cap bolt and ZRNUT rivet-nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 heavy-duty thread insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Glass Fabrication:
For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), and 3/8" (10 mm) glass: 1/2" (12 mm) diameter hole required when using the steel pin. For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required when using the steel pin.
Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin (optional) with grommet.
Replacement Hardware: CRL ZCS5X15SS replacement screws.

Product Warning:

For interior and exterior applications, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
