CRL's Premium Cap Rails are manufactured using precision Bump-Forming to deliver consistent radii, tighter tolerances, and reduced spring-back versus roll-formed rails. Welds on both sides of the internal channel increase strength and stability for fabrication, allowing rails to fit into welded corners without twist or discoloration—making this a top-performing bump-formed cap rail for glass railing projects.

All CRL Premium Cap Rails are formed with precision tooling for uniform diameters and smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. The welded internal channel improves structural integrity for on-site fabrication. Use Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement to achieve a secure, permanent bond at all connections. Glass installation notes: When used with 1/2" (12 mm) glass, use Cat. No. GR5PV cap rail vinyl and 95CBL Silicone. For 5/8" (16 mm) glass, secure with 95CBL Silicone and shims.
