CRL's Premium Cap Rails are manufactured using precision Bump-Forming to deliver accuracy, consistent radius, and tighter tolerances than roll-formed rails. Welds on both sides of the internal channel increase strength and stability, reducing twist and discoloration and enabling clean fits into welded corners—ideal when you need a durable, high-quality architectural cap rail or glass railing top rail.

All CRL Premium Cap Rail are formed with precision tooling for uniform diameters and smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. The internal welded channel improves fabrication strength. Use Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement for a secure, permanent bond at all connections, and Connector Sleeves to join cap rails. For sleeve splicing, use Cat. No. GR15CSB.
