CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z410CH) are precision clamps designed for 3/8" (10 mm) glass. Available in zinc or stainless steel, these round-radius base glass clamps provide a clean, secure mounting solution for interior and exterior glass railings, partitions, mezzanines and windbreaks. Stainless steel or powder-painted zinc options increase durability in exterior applications.

To secure the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8”), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and install the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required when using the steel pin for additional glass support.

Product Warning:
For interior installations where the glass is not supported from the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided.
