Tremco® Tremsil® 200 is a one-part, acetic cure silicone sealant. Tremsil® 200 cures to a flexible rubber when exposed to moisture present in the air.
Basic Uses
It produces a weathertight seal to glass, metal, porcelain, ceramic, and most painted surfaces. Contains a fungicide making the sealant suitable for use in bathrooms, spas, and similar applications where joints need protection against fungi and bacteria.
Technical Data
It meets or exceeds the following specification standards: Federal Specifications TT-S-001543A (COM-NBS) Class A for silicone building sealants, and TT-S-00230C (COM-NBS) Class A for one-component sealants; ASTM C-920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, G, A and O; CAN/CGSB-19.13-M87.
Limitations
Tremco® Tremsil® 200 is not intended for structural glazing, or for use on masonry. Check cartridge label and Specification Data Sheet for additional limitations.
