CRL's 1-1/4" (31.7 mm) Custom Square Standoff Cap Assemblies (SKU: SCAP125CBS) feature an exclusive two-piece design that simplifies installation for glass panels, acrylic signs, and decorative displays. The removable allen-screw secondary cap has two flat sides to lock to the panel. Once secured, the top cap slips over the secondary cap, aligns with the square base and is held in place with undetectable double-sided tape. This engineered fit eliminates trial-and-error alignment during mounting. Requires a 5/8" (16 mm) hole for assembly.
The complete assembly includes:
- (1) square cap with double-sided tape
- (1) secondary cap with removable allen screw
- (1) 5/16"-18 x 1" allen screw
- (1) clear plastic washer with sleeve
- (1) clear plastic washer
