Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SPT12CL) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails ship ready-to-install with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

Installation notes: After installing the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable alignment slide. To make field adjustments after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: center bolt locks the slide; the two outer bolts provide the ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment. The low-profile slide supports pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings.

Compatibility: Models available to accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 or 19 mm) glass. All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in jamb alignment block; arms, pivots, keyed cylinders, and thumbturns must be ordered separately.
