Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail is a compact, high-performance door rail designed for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. Measuring only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide, it integrates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for a secure, durable attachment and industry-leading installation speed.

Rails come complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches—ready to install out of the carton. The Wedge-Lock® system reduces prep time: experienced installers can have a door ready for installation in under ten minutes.

The assembled adjustable door alignment slide (standard on both top and bottom rails) allows field adjustment of ±1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide and the two outer bolts provide the ±1/8" adjustment. The low-profile adjustable slide supports pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings.

Note: All Wedge-Lock® door rails include the built-in jamb alignment block. Arms, pivots, closer arms, and floor or overhead pivots are sold separately to meet job requirements. Pivot inserts 1NT701, 1NT703, and 1NT704 are sold separately. Models with locks are supplied with the lock mechanism installed; matching finish keyed cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately.
