CRL Low Profile Door Rail — 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. Incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails ship ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides a secure attachment and the fastest installation times of any door rail system in the industry—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive completely fabricated with the adjustable door alignment slide preassembled; attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to hang the door. The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This feature is standard on both top and bottom rails.

To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile slide accommodates pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings.

Other advantages: available models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass; rigid single-component housing resists shift and loss of adjustment; internal components remain installed during fitting; durable glass-securing pads designed for extreme environments.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include a built-in Jamb Alignment Block. Arms and pivots must be ordered separately.

ORDERING INFORMATION:

• All Door Rails are supplied with standard Kwik-Adjust™ Pivot Alignment System. Closer arms and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered separately.
• Models with locks are supplied with the lock mechanism installed; matching finish keyed cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately.
