CRL Low Profile Door Rail is engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass and measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. It includes our patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) and ships ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The rail comes completely fabricated with the adjustable door alignment slide preassembled. After installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide lets pivots with slotted grooves be positioned other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

Other available models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass. All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in jamb alignment block; arms, pivots, keyed cylinders, thumbturns, and pivot inserts (1NT701, 1NT703, 1NT704) are ordered separately. Closer arms and floor or overhead pivots must also be ordered separately.
