An innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR6SPT34CL) is engineered for secure, long-lasting glass doors. The exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System uses two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar tightened with socket head cap bolts. As the bar is pulled down, angled wedges draw the extrusions together and compress the door retaining gasket—producing more than 900 lbs. of force in the 9" (228.6 mm) Corner Rail. This wedge-action design secures monolithic tempered glass without two-piece housings that can shift over time.
