Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SPT38CL) is engineered for 3/8" (10 mm) monolithic tempered glass and measures just 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. It features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent No. EP 1 404 939 B1) for a secure, long-lasting glass attachment—ideal for commercial storefronts, interior glass doors, and architectural glass installations. Rails ship complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for fast, ready-to-install performance.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers the fastest installation times among door rail systems—experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. Rails come fully fabricated with the adjustable door alignment slide pre-assembled; simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to hang the door. The adjustable alignment slide allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door, standard on both top and bottom rails.

To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center secures the slide, and the two outer bolts provide the ±1/8" (3 mm) fine adjustment. The low-profile slide accommodates pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings—useful for retrofit or non-standard jambs.
