CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TPT38CL) delivers a compact 2-5/16" (59 mm) height with a patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Fast installation & adjustable alignment: Wedge-Lock® provides the fastest installation time among door rail systems—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated; after installation attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable alignment slide. The adjustable system allows ±1/8" (3 mm) alignment toward or away from the jamb on both top and bottom rails without removing the door.

Durable single-piece housing: Rigid single-component rail housing resists shifting and long-term misalignment. Internal components remain installed during mounting, and glass securing pads are designed for longevity in extreme environments. Models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass.

Serviceability: To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts—center bolt locks the slide; outer bolts adjust ±1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile slide lets pivots with slotted grooves be placed off the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm) to accommodate vertically out-of-square openings.
