Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TPT38C) is a compact, ready-to-install glass door rail measuring 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. It includes end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches. The rail uses the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for secure, fast attachment to 3/8" (10 mm) tempered glass—ideal for commercial glass door projects and frameless glass doors.

NOTE: Actual product height: 2-5/16" (59 mm)

The Wedge-Lock® system minimizes install time—experienced installers can prepare a door for hanging in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated with the adjustable door alignment slide installed; after mounting the rail, simply attach the door arm or pivot (sold separately). The adjustable alignment slide provides ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb on both top and bottom rails without removing the door.

To fine-tune after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide, and the two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low‑profile slide lets pivots with slotted grooves be positioned other than the American Standard setback, allowing fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

Key benefits and long-tail features:
  • Models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass for flexible glass door thickness options
  • One-piece rigid housing—won’t shift or fall out of adjustment over time
  • Internal components remain assembled for faster installation
  • Durable glass securing pads designed for longevity in extreme environments
  • Built-in jamb alignment
