This CRL U-Channel with Roll-In Top Load Gasket (SKU: UCPT3812CL) is an adaptable U-channel for glass door and sidelite applications, engineered for 3/8" or 1/2" glass. Use with CRL Patch Hardware, the Header for Overhead Door Closers with Fixed Sidelites, or our Door Rail System. The design supports surface or recess mounting while top-load gasketing secures glass quickly and cleanly—ideal for commercial storefronts and interior glass partitions. The extrusion is offered in five architectural finishes and includes a family of accessories for varied installations.


The 4" (102 mm) Aluminum Setting Blocks with Neoprene provide rigid support in the bottom channel and are sized to give 9/16" (14.3 mm) glass coverage in both top and bottom channels when glazed using the lift-and-drop method.

Roll-In Top Load Gasketing for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass is sold separately in 100' or 500' rolls. Matching finish end caps and other accessories are available to complete installations.
