Our CRL Ticket Window (SCW102C) is a ready-to-install, commercial-grade ticket/window unit designed for service counters and secure transaction points. The unit includes an aluminum-framed, stationary 1/4" (6 mm) clear tempered safety glass panel, a Cat. No. 834A Speak-Thru, and a Cat. No. 720A half-round ticket window. It sits atop a stainless steel shelf (24" / 610 mm wide × 18" / 457 mm deep × 2" / 51 mm thick). The standard unit ships with the shelf unattached for easier installation.
Built for durability and low maintenance, this aluminum ticket window with stainless steel shelf features a satin anodized frame and #4 brushed stainless steel finish—ideal for banks, reception stations, and customer service counters. Custom sizes and finishes are available to meet your project requirements; an overhang is recommended for exterior installations.
