This CRL "SW" Series Sliding Service Window (SKU: SWB1214P) is designed for interior or exterior use and is ideal for walk-up food service windows, reception or pharmacy counters, and other customer-service openings. Choose vertical or horizontal formats with multiple options: vertical units use nylon runners over coiled tension springs for smooth operation; horizontal units run on top nylon guides. For large openings we recommend a full bottom track with rollers for added stability.
All vertical-format service windows that exceed 1050 square inches (width × height) require sash balances, concealed behind a 4-5/8" (117 mm) tall header. For exterior installations an overhang is recommended.
Note: Specify handling when ordering (left or right hand fixed from clerk’s side). Surround frame is not available for insulating glass models. If ordered with keyed lock, the screen panel is installed in the center channel.
