CRL's 1" (25.4 mm) Custom Square Standoff Cap Assemblies (SKU: SCAP1CSB) are engineered for fast, repeatable installation with the matching Square Standoff Bases. Our exclusive two-piece design includes a secondary cap with a removable allen screw and two flat sides to clamp panel material securely, then a top cap that fits over the secondary cap and aligns to the square base using undetectable double-sided tape—eliminating trial-and-error alignment. Requires a 5/8" (16 mm) hole for assembly. The complete assembly includes:
- 1 square cap with double-sided tape
- 1 secondary cap
- 1 1/4"-20 x 1" allen screw
- 1 clear plastic washer with sleeve
- 1 clear plastic washer
