CRL Vulkem® 116 Sealant (SKU: V116BRZ) is a one-part, moisture-curing, gun-grade polyurethane sealant engineered for durable, flexible performance in moving joints. It applies with conventional caulking guns and typically requires no primer on most construction materials, making it a time-saving primerless polyurethane sealant for masonry, glazing, and storefront installations.


Basic Uses
Vulkem® 116 is a general-purpose polyurethane sealant ideal for precast masonry joints, window frame perimeters, glazing stops, and similar construction joints. When used with the appropriate primer, it is suitable for continual immersion in water. The light, grainy texture blends with textured substrates like stucco and masonry and hides tooling marks on smooth metal storefronts—an advantage for contractors seeking a textured sealant that minimizes visible tooling effects.
