The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series (SKU: V1E337DBBZ) upgrades the popular Vienna Hinge into an easy-to-adjust, field-friendly adjustable shower door hinge. Adjust the closing angle up to 90 degrees after the door is hung: loosen the Allen set screws, rotate the door to the desired closed position, then re-tighten—the hinge self-centers to the set position. The door can swing 90° inward and 90° outward (adjusting away from the factory-set position reduces swing in that direction). For doors that pull outward only (clear door jamb), set the hinge to close 5° into the shower for a snug seal.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated. Pre-set models use the 85° side (5° tighter closure into the shower). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45° if the standard 5° pin does not achieve the desired closure).

LOAD CAPACITY:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
