CRL Diamond Ring Blade with Two Orange Groove Grommets (SKU: DNS1BL) — engineered for the DNS1 Diamond Notch and Saw Machine to streamline glass fabrication. The 5-3/4" steel ring blade uses a specially coated diamond surface to deliver smooth, chip-free cuts in all directions on glass up to 1/2" (12 mm) thick. Ideal for freehand pattern cutting (crown molding, decorative edges) and jig-based work, the blade reduces labor time by up to 75% on patterns and more than 50% when using the adjustable jig tool. Cut forward, sideways, or back out with minimal sanding required. Unique capability to produce strong, square corners sets this blade apart from conventional glass saws. Internal sponge cover supplies cutting coolant without a pump.

Optional radius templates (9/32", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16" — 7.1, 7.9, 9.5, 11 mm) create "mouse ear" and U-shaped cut-outs sized for popular CRL shower door hinges. Templates for CRL BGCU1, SGCU1, GCB188 and SGC188 glass clamps eliminate drilling, scoring, break-out, and expensive CNC setup. Replacement parts available.
