A real timesaver for glass shops, picture framers, hardware stores, retail building supply centers, etc., the CRL Fletcher® Glass, Plastic and Matboard Cutting Machine is built from sturdy anodized aluminum, and offers unsurpassed quality when cutting matboard, plastic or glass. The unique three-position cutting turret allows switching from matboard to plastic to glass with only one quick turn. The super keen cutting blade will cut through matboard, cardboard or foamboard up to 1/4" (6 mm) thick. A steel wheel cutting unit is enclosed for scoring single and double strength glass - and thicker glass up to 1/4" (6 mm). In addition, a special scoring tip is included for scoring plastics and acrylics up to 1/4" (6 mm) thick. A simple press of the breakout lever will project twin rollers to apply pressure to each side of the score, producing a clean break.
