These CRL Folger Adam® 310-1 Electric Strikes (SKU: ES3101) are 24V DC electric strikes engineered for commercial door hardware applications. The standard Fail-Secure model remains locked without power and unlocks when energized; Fail-Safe (requires continuous power to stay locked) is available by special order. Use with PA100 panic devices, DBR100 deadbolts, and ESK Series stop/strike assemblies. Note: face plates are not supplied. For compatibility checks, mounting details, or to request Fail-Safe or alternate voltage options, contact CRL Technical Sales.
Product Warning:
This product is typically specified as Fail-Secure and is commonly paired with panic handles. Fail-Safe, 12V DC, and 120V AC options require quotation and must be ordered through CRL Technical Sales. The ES3101 is supplied as a 24V DC device unless otherwise quoted.
