These CRL Folger Adam® 310-1 Electric Strikes (SKU: ES3101) are 24V DC electric strikes engineered for commercial door hardware applications. The standard Fail-Secure model remains locked without power and unlocks when energized; Fail-Safe (requires continuous power to stay locked) is available by special order. Use with PA100 panic devices, DBR100 deadbolts, and ESK Series stop/strike assemblies. Note: face plates are not supplied.
