CRL Edgetech Super Spacer® (SKU: SS1266) is a high-performance insulating silicone foam spacer designed to minimize perimeter edge condensation and reduce overall window heat loss. Ideal for insulating glass fabrication, Super Spacer® excels in curved and odd-shaped units, sound-insulating applications, and triple-glazed units with art-glass inserts. Its flexible foam accommodates glass bowing and thermal movement while the multi-layer vapor barrier lowers moisture vapor transmission and inert gas loss — a reliable choice among window spacer systems and silicone foam window spacers.

For long-term durability, UV-resistant silicone prevents spacer degradation. The foam's permeability allows fast moisture pick-up during assembly; note that Super Spacer® requires a compatible edge sealant. We recommend CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer® Sealant.

Rolls are 66' (20.1 m) long. Other colors and bulk rolls available on special order.

NOTE: Super Spacer® cannot be used without an edge sealant.
