Overview
The CRL Edgetech Super Spacer® is an advanced insulating silicone foam spacer designed for efficient production of regular and special shaped insulating glass units.
Available in gray or black, this product eliminates the need for desiccant beads and corner keys, thereby saving production time.
Its multi-layer vapor barrier ensures no head compression is required and remains continuous at corners, enhancing durability and reducing window heat loss.
Ideal for specialized insulating glass designs, this UV-resistant spacer accommodates glass bowing and thermal movement, while effectively reducing moisture vapor transmission and inert gas loss.
Additional colors and bulk rolls are available upon request.
Note: Super Spacer® requires an edge sealant like CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer Sealant for optimal performance.
