CRL Vulkem® 116 Gray Polyurethane Sealant — Exterior Joint Sealant

CRL Vulkem® 116 Sealant (SKU: V116GRY) is a one-part, moisture-curing, gun-grade polyurethane sealant. Durable and flexible, Vulkem® 116 delivers excellent movement capability for construction and expansion joints. No primer is required on most materials, and it applies easily with standard caulking guns for fast installation.


Basic Uses
Vulkem® 116 is a general-purpose polyurethane sealant formulated for precast masonry, glazing, window frame perimeters, storefronts, and similar construction joints. Designed for exterior and interior use, the light grainy texture blends with textured substrates such as stucco and masonry and minimizes visible tooling marks on smooth metal storefront joints. With the appropriate primer, it is suitable for applications requiring continual immersion in water.

Conforms to U.S. Federal Specification TT-S-00230C, Type II, Class A; ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, M, T, A, I (Class 2), and O. USDA approved. CAN/CGSB 19.13-M87. Canadian Food Inspection Agency. City of Los Angeles (COLA) approval standards.

Limitations
