CRL Jackson® Adjustable Spring Power Overhead Concealed Door Closer (SKU: 21101AP17) — an adjustable, overhead concealed door closer designed for A.D.A. barrier-free applications. Adjustable from Size 1 (Barrier-Free) through Size 4 (Regular) so you can set spring power to meet A.D.A. opening-force limits while still providing reliable door control across a wide range of door types and sizes. Ideal when you need a versatile, ADA-compliant door closer that preserves aesthetics with a concealed design.
A.D.A. NOTE: While the spring power is adjustable to compensate for site conditions, adequate closing force may not be achievable in all installations when also meeting A.D.A. opening force requirements.
Installation NOTE: Use an auxiliary floor or overhead door stop to prevent damage from over-extension of the maximum allowable door swing.
Product Warning: Closers set to comply with A.D.A. specified opening forces might not provide sufficient spring power to control and close the door under certain site conditions or with larger door sizes.
