CRL Vulkem® 116 Sealant (SKU: V116L) is a one-part, moisture-curing, gun-grade polyurethane sealant designed for durable, flexible performance in moving joints. Vulkem® 116 provides excellent adhesion without a primer on most construction materials and dispenses with conventional caulking guns.


Basic Uses
Vulkem® 116 is a general-purpose polyurethane sealant suited for precast masonry, glazing, window-frame perimeters, storefronts, and similar construction joints. When used with the appropriate primer, it is suitable for continual immersion in water. The light, grainy texture matches textured substrates like stucco and masonry, hides tooling marks, and works well on smooth metal storefront joints.

Conforms to U.S. Federal Specification TT-S-00230C, Type II, Class A; ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, M, T, A, I (Class 2), and O. USDA approved. CAN/CGSB 19.13-M87. Canadian Food Inspection Agency. City of Los Angeles (COLA) approval standards.

Limitations
