The CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: CDR4SMBL12SL) is an innovative glass entrance solution designed for fast installation and strong, long-lasting glass retention. Its exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System uses two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar tightened with socket head cap bolts. As the bar is drawn down, angled wedges pull the extrusions together, compressing the specially designed door retaining gasket to generate very high holding force (more than 900 lbs. in our 9" corner rail). This makes the system ideal for secure, heavy-duty tempered glass doors.

Installation notes:

• After installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts—center bolt secures the adjustable slide; outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3.2 mm) in or out
• All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in jamb alignment block; arms, pivots, closer arms, and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered separately
• Models with locks are supplied with the lock mechanism installed; matching keyed cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately
• End caps are included in stock lengths; specify overall door rail length (including end caps) when ordering custom lengths
