Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TMBL12CL) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails come complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches—ready to install.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers secure attachment plus industry-leading installation speed; experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails ship fully fabricated with end caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This feature is standard on both top and bottom rails. To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center secures the slide, the outer bolts adjust the slide in or out. The low-profile slide permits pivot placement other than the standard 2-3/4" (69.8 mm) setback, enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
