Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TMBL12C) is a ready-to-install, low profile glass door rail engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. At just 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall, it incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® system for fast, secure glass retention—ideal for commercial and architectural glass door projects that require a slim rail and high-performance installation.

The Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System delivers the fastest installation time in its class. Experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails ship complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

Standard adjustable door alignment slides (top and bottom) allow +/-1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. After installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: center bolt secures the slide; outer bolts adjust the slide in or out. The low-profile slide enables pivot placement other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), allowing fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
