CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E092MBL) are heavy-duty, solid brass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless doors where standard hinges fail. Two internal steel pins provide mounting template flexibility: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and, in many cases, compatible competitive rectangular cut-outs. These hinges are optimized for residential and hotel shower enclosures and for secure, long-lasting performance.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; Pre-Set models are set to 85° for a tighter 5° closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PINS: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle walls (specify desired angle up to 45°) to ensure proper door closing when 5° is insufficient.

LOAD CAPACITY:
- Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
- Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
