This aluminum extrusion serves three primary uses:

• U-channel that matches our sidelite and door rail widths
• Narrow header that accepts a top free-swinging pivot to secure the top of doors
• Even sight line system — secure the fabricated narrow header to the opening, then attach the sidelite rail to the narrow header with the 1/4" (6 mm) header saddle
