CRL Cologne Hinges are a refined alternative to Vienna hinges, featuring radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek appearance. Designed for wider, heavier shower doors, Cologne Hinges use two internal steel pins to support different CRL cut-out styles: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs (may also fit some competitive rectangular cut-outs). These solid brass shower door hinges offer heavy-duty support and attractive aesthetics for frameless shower installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated. Pre-set models ship with the 85° side activated for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change settings.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Two hinges: With 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass support up to 110 lbs (50 kg) per door, maximum door width 36" (914 mm).

Three hinges: With 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass support up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum width 36" (914 mm).
