The CRL Overhead Door Closer Kits are expertly designed for doors with 1" deep top rails and include a center-hung end-load hardware package.
These kits feature an adjustable dual-purpose bottom pivot set, suitable for both floor and threshold mounting, and are U.L.
listed with a five-year limited warranty.
The door closers offer independent, dual-action valves to control closing and latching speeds, available in both 90 and 105º hold open and no hold open models.
It's important to note that these closers are not recommended for doors exceeding 200 lbs, and an auxiliary floor or overhead door stop is advised to prevent potential damage from over-extension.
