The CRL Overhead Door Closer Kits are designed for doors with a 1/2" (13 mm) top rail depth and include an adjustable dual-purpose bottom pivot set suitable for floor or threshold mounting.
These kits come with all necessary parts and offer a 5-year limited warranty, ensuring reliable performance.
UL listed for safety, the door closer has independent, dual-action valves for precise control over closing and latching speeds, with options for 90º and 105º hold open or no hold open models.
For optimal performance and to prevent over-extension, it is recommended to use an auxiliary floor or overhead door stop.
Note, these closers are not suitable for doors over 200 lbs.
