CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E037MG) are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors where traditional hinges fall short. Two internal steel pins provide mounting template options: leave both pins in for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular/square-corner cut-outs (may fit some competitive rectangular cut-outs).

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the other (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Standard models are preset to 90°; pre-set models are set to 85°. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the activated side.

Custom Pivot Pins: Custom pivot pins up to 45° are available for off-angle installations when walls or door alignments require a non-standard closing angle.

Load Capacity & Door Size:

Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
