Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2S0RB12C) measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails come complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches — ready-to-install for commercial and architectural glass door projects.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers a secure attachment and the fastest installation time of any door rail system in the industry. Experienced installers can prepare a door for hanging in under ten minutes. Rails ship completely fabricated with end caps installed; after rail installation, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide.

The adjustable door alignment slide allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door — standard on both top and bottom rails. To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: center bolt secures the slide; outer bolts provide the ±1/8" adjustment. The low-profile slide also permits pivot placement other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
