Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR10S0RB34CL), is a heavy-duty, fast-install rail engineered for frameless and storefront glass doors. The exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 & 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) secures the glass by applying downward wedge pressure via two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tightened with socket head cap bolts, the angled extrusions engage the rail groove and create high clamping force — for example, more than 900 lbs. in the 9" (228.6 mm) corner rail — delivering industry-leading glass retention for commercial glass door systems.

Installation and adjustment: after rail installation, attach door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide. To fine-tune the door, remove the End Cap to access the three socket head cap bolts (center bolt secures the slide; outer bolts adjust 1/8" (3 mm)).

Ordering and finishes:

• All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in Jamb Alignment Block; arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements
• Available in several standard architectural finishes; custom finishes and widths quoted on request
