CRL Cologne Hinges deliver a sleek, premium alternative to Vienna hinges with radius corners and beveled edges. Built from solid brass for durability, Cologne Hinges are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors that standard hinges cannot support. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins installed for CRL "mouse‑ears" cut-outs (safety for mouse‑ears), or remove them for increased adjustability to fit CRL rectangular, square‑cornered cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs. STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with 90º engaged; pre-set models ship with 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to match off‑angle installations (specify required angle up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) for door widths up to 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) for door widths up to 36" (914 mm).
