CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L5440RB) are similar to the popular Vienna Hinges but feature radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern appearance. Designed for wider, heavier shower doors that standard hinges can't support, Cologne Hinges use two internal steel pins to provide mounting flexibility: leave the pins in place for safe "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (including some competitive patterns). Ideal for heavy glass shower doors and commercial/residential shower enclosures, these solid brass hinges combine durability with refined styling.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre-Set models ship with the 85º side active for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify the required angle up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment does not produce the desired closing position.

Using two hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).

Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).

Using three hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
