CRL Prima 5° Pre-Set Hinges are precision solid brass shower door hinges engineered for frameless shower enclosures using 5/16"–3/8" (8–10 mm) tempered glass. The pre-set 5° pivot pin lets the door close an additional five degrees into the enclosure, improving seal against a strike jamb for tighter, more reliable shower door closure. The Number One pivot pin model is positioned top-left or bottom-right (viewed from outside); the Number Two model is used top-right or bottom-left. Hinges may be mounted floor-to-ceiling or into CRL’s Deluxe Header System.

Installation & Capacity:

Use two hinges per door (one #1 and one #2). With 5/16"–3/8" glass the pair supports up to 100 lbs (45 kg) and a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm). Always use the included cut-out template—CRL cut-outs may differ from other brands.
