CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E0440RB) are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors where conventional hinges fall short. Dual internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove the pins for enhanced adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular square-corner cut-outs — and in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with two settings: 90° (standard) and 85° (pre-set option for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify angles up to 45° when needed).

Using two hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using three hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
